1. Загальні положення1.1. Ця публічна оферта (далі — "Оферта") є офіційною пропозицією Юрчак Ольги Григорівни , далі — "Виконавець", укласти договір про надання інформаційно-освітніх послуг дистанційним способом.1.2. Прийняття (акцепт) цієї Оферти відбувається шляхом оплати послуг, зазначених на сайті youkrainianonline.com, та означає повну згоду Замовника з усіма умовами цієї Оферти.1.3. Оплату за Послуги Виконавця приймає ФОП Юрчак Ольга Григорівна.
2. Предмет договору2.1. Виконавець надає Замовнику доступ до відео, PDF-файлів, тестів та інших супутніх матеріалів (далі — "Послуги") у форматі, зазначеному на сайті.2.2. Послуги надаються дистанційно через інтернет з використанням платформи Telegram та/або інших онлайн-сервісів.
3. Оплата послуг3.1. Оплата за Послуги здійснюється у порядку, зазначеному на сайті.3.2. Оплата за Послуги здійснюється на користь ФОП Юрчак Ольга Григорівна, ідентифікаційний номер 1954217726, що діє на підставі витягу з Єдиного державного реєстру (21490000000007334).3.3. Юридична адреса ФОП: Україна, 23230, Вінницький р-н, Широка Гребля, вул. Молодіжна, 16.3.4. Реквізити для платежів (IBAN): • UA59 305299 00000 26004026113055 для платежів у гривнях, 3.5. Контактні дані для зв’язку: moc.liamg%40enilno.nainiarku.oy3.6. Оплата вважається здійсненою з моменту зарахування коштів на рахунок, зазначений Виконавцем.
4. Права та обов’язки сторін4.1. Виконавець зобов’язується надати доступ до оплачених Послуг у строки, визначені описом продукту на сайті.4.2. Замовник зобов’язується використовувати отримані матеріали виключно для особистого навчання та не передавати доступ третім особам.4.3 ФОП Юрчак Ольга Григорівна надає освітні послуги, використовуючи освітній контент, який надається Брискiною Наталією Анатоліївною відповідно до окремої угоди про співпрацю.

5. Відповідальність5.1. Виконавець не несе відповідальності за технічні збої в роботі інтернет-провайдера, обладнання Замовника чи сервісів, які не залежать від Виконавця.5.2. Усі матеріали захищені авторським правом. Порушення тягне за собою відповідальність згідно із законодавством України.
6. Порядок повернення коштів6.1. Послуги, що надаються у вигляді доступу до електронних навчальних матеріалів, не підлягають поверненню або обміну.6.2. Оплата за Послуги є остаточною, оскільки Замовник отримує негайний доступ до цифрового контенту, який не може бути повернений.6.3. Виконавець не здійснює повернення коштів у випадках, коли Замовник уже отримав доступ до матеріалів.
7. Прикінцеві положення7.1. Виконавець має право вносити зміни до цієї Оферти без попереднього погодження із Замовником, публікуючи оновлену версію на сайті.7.2. До відносин, що виникають у зв’язку з цією Офертою, застосовується законодавство України.

2. Subject of the Agreement2.1. The Provider shall grant the Customer access to videos, PDF files, tests, and other related materials (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) in the manner described on the website.2.2. The Services are delivered remotely via the Internet, using Telegram and/or other online platforms.
3. Payment Terms3.1. Payment for the Services shall be made in accordance with the procedures specified on the website.3.2. Payments are made in favor of Sole Proprietor Olha Hryhorivna Yurchak, Identification Number 1954217726, acting pursuant to the extract from the Unified State Register (21490000000007334).3.3. Legal address: Ukraine, 23230, Vinnytsia district, Shyroka Hreblya, 16 Molodizhna Street.3.4. Bank details (IBAN):• UA59 305299 00000 26004026113055 (UAH payments).3.5. 4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties4.1. The Provider undertakes to provide access to the Services purchased within the timeframe specified in the product description on the website.4.2. The Customer undertakes to use the Services solely for personal educational purposes and shall not transfer access to third parties.4.3. The Provider delivers educational services using content supplied by Bryskina Nataliіa Anatoliivna , in accordance with a separate cooperation agreement.
5. Liability5.1. The Provider shall not be liable for technical disruptions caused by the Customer’s Internet service provider, hardware, or third-party services beyond the Provider’s control.5.2. All materials are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution shall result in liability in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
6. Refund Policy6.1. Services provided in the form of access to digital educational materials are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.6.2. All payments are final, as the Customer receives immediate access to digital content which cannot be returned.6.3. No refunds shall be issued once the Customer has obtained access to the Services.
7. Final Provisions7.1. The Provider reserves the right to amend this Offer at any time without prior notice to the Customer, by publishing the updated version on the website.7.2. Any relations arising under this Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
