1. Загальні положення1.1. Ця публічна оферта (далі — "Оферта") є офіційною пропозицією Брискіної Наталії Анатоліївни, далі — "Виконавець", укласти договір про надання інформаційно-освітніх послуг дистанційним способом.1.2. Прийняття (акцепт) цієї Оферти відбувається шляхом оплати послуг, зазначених на сайті youkrainianonline.com, та означає повну згоду Замовника з усіма умовами цієї Оферти.1.3. Оплату за Послуги Виконавця приймає ФОП Брискіна Наталія Анатоліївна.
2. Предмет договору2.1. Виконавець надає Замовнику доступ до відео, PDF-файлів, тестів та інших супутніх матеріалів (далі — "Послуги") у форматі, зазначеному на сайті.2.2. Послуги надаються дистанційно через інтернет з використанням платформи Telegram та/або інших онлайн-сервісів.
3. Оплата послуг3.1. Оплата за Послуги здійснюється у порядку, зазначеному на сайті.3.2. Оплата за Послуги здійснюється на користь ФОП Брискіна Наталія Анатоліʼвна, ідентифікаційний номер 2759215928, що діє на підставі виписки з Єдиного державного реєстру (2759215928).3.3. 4. Права та обов’язки сторін4.1. Виконавець зобов’язується надати доступ до оплачених Послуг у строки, визначені описом продукту на сайті.4.2. Замовник зобов’язується використовувати отримані матеріали виключно для особистого навчання та не передавати доступ третім особам.
5. Відповідальність5.1. Виконавець не несе відповідальності за технічні збої в роботі інтернет-провайдера, обладнання Замовника чи сервісів, які не залежать від Виконавця.5.2. Усі матеріали захищені авторським правом. Порушення тягне за собою відповідальність згідно із законодавством України.
6. Порядок повернення коштів6.1. Послуги, що надаються у вигляді доступу до електронних навчальних матеріалів, не підлягають поверненню або обміну.6.2. Оплата за Послуги є остаточною, оскільки Замовник отримує негайний доступ до цифрового контенту, який не може бути повернений.6.3. Виконавець не здійснює повернення коштів у випадках, коли Замовник уже отримав доступ до матеріалів.
7. Прикінцеві положення7.1. Виконавець має право вносити зміни до цієї Оферти без попереднього погодження із Замовником, публікуючи оновлену версію на сайті.7.2. До відносин, що виникають у зв’язку з цією Офертою, застосовується законодавство України.

3. Payment for Services3.1. Payment for the Services is made according to the procedure specified on the website.3.2. 4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties4.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide access to the paid Services within the terms specified in the product description on the website.4.2. The Customer undertakes to use the received materials solely for personal learning and not to transfer access to third parties.
5. Liability5.1. The Contractor is not responsible for technical failures in the operation of the Internet provider, the Customer’s equipment, or services beyond the Contractor’s control.5.2. All materials are protected by copyright. Violations entail liability under the legislation of Ukraine.
6. Refund Policy6.1. The services provided in the form of access to electronic educational materials are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.6.2. Payment for the services is final, as the Customer receives immediate access to digital content that cannot be returned.6.3. The Provider does not issue refunds once the Customer has gained access to the materials.
7. Final Provisions7.1. The Contractor has the right to make changes to this Offer without prior consent of the Customer by publishing the updated version on the website.7.2. The relations arising in connection with this Offer are governed by the legislation of Ukraine.
