1. General Provisions

2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Provider shall grant the Customer access to videos, PDF files, tests, and other related materials (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) in the manner described on the website.
2.2. The Services are delivered remotely via the Internet, using Telegram and/or other online platforms.

3. Payment Terms
3.1. Payment for the Services shall be made in accordance with the procedures specified on the website.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.2. The Customer undertakes to use the Services solely for personal educational purposes and shall not transfer access to third parties.
4.3. The Provider delivers educational services using content supplied by Bryskina Nataliіa Anatoliivna , in accordance with a separate cooperation agreement.

5. Liability
5.1. The Provider shall not be liable for technical disruptions caused by the Customer’s Internet service provider, hardware, or third-party services beyond the Provider’s control.
5.2. All materials are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution shall result in liability in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

6. Refund Policy
6.1. Services provided in the form of access to digital educational materials are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
6.2. All payments are final, as the Customer receives immediate access to digital content which cannot be returned.
6.3. No refunds shall be issued once the Customer has obtained access to the Services.

7. Final Provisions
7.1. The Provider reserves the right to amend this Offer at any time without prior notice to the Customer, by publishing the updated version on the website.
7.2. Any relations arising under this Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

6. Refund Policy
6.1. The services provided in the form of access to electronic educational materials are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

6.3. The Provider does not issue refunds once the Customer has gained access to the materials.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. The Contractor has the right to make changes to this Offer without prior consent of the Customer by publishing the updated version on the website.
7.2. The relations arising in connection with this Offer are governed by the legislation of Ukraine.
